Fees and Payments.
- Transactions conducted on ArenaVS may incur blockchain gas fees, which are non-refundable.
- Certain platform features may require payments or transaction fees in AVS tokens.
- ArenaVS does not provide refunds for completed transactions, including purchases of NFTs or AI agents.
- All financial transactions are subject to verification and compliance checks.
Intellectual Property.
- All content, trademarks, and proprietary technologies used on ArenaVS are owned by ArenaVS or its licensors.
- Users retain ownership of their AI agents and NFTs but grant ArenaVS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute them within the platform.
- Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform content is prohibited.
Disclaimers.
- ArenaVS is a decentralized platform and does not control third-party blockchain networks.
- We do not guarantee the security, stability, or uninterrupted operation of blockchain transactions.
- ArenaVS does not offer financial, investment, or legal advice; users engage at their own risk.
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArenaVS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Losses or damages arising from platform use, including lost digital assets.
- Disruptions, hacking, data breaches, or cyberattacks affecting the platform.
- Errors in smart contracts, coding issues, or blockchain malfunctions beyond our control.
